The Asian Business Aviation Association (AsBAA) proudly presented the Woman of the Year 2026 Award to Ms. Jenny Lau, Vice Chair of Sino Jet Group and Member of the AsBAA Board of Directors, during the Women in Aviation Annual Dinner - a heartfelt evening honoring the achievements and leadership of women who are shaping the future of aviation. This meaningful recognition celebrates Ms. Lau’s enduring dedication and the positive change she continues to bring to the business aviation community.
The award acknowledges women who embody the Six Pillars: Equal Opportunities, Recruitment, Training, Mentorship & Support, Marketing & Advocacy, and Fundraising. Ms. Lau’s journey reflects each of these values. As shared during the presentation, she has “worked tirelessly to break down barriers, build talent pipelines, create career advancement pathways, and elevate the voices of women in aviation.” Her efforts have left a lasting impression on those around her - mentoring, guiding, and inspiring women to realize their full potential and step confidently into leadership.
Through education partnerships, Ms. Lau has opened doors for young women to discover exciting opportunities in aviation. Her passion for training and development has also nurtured others’ growth through workshops and upskilling programs, helping many advance in their careers. These initiatives reflect the spirit of the Women in Aviation movement - to create a future where equality and opportunity truly take flight.
