Trailblazer of the Year - Amy Yang

We are proud to announce that Ms. Amy Yang has been voted Trailblazer of the Year for her exceptional leadership and lasting contributions to the business aviation industry.

Amy has been recognized for building the Vista Jet brand from its infancy into one of the most sought-after private aviation icons in Asia Pacific, and for her unwavering dedication through her voluntary work on the Board of Governors at Asian Business Aviation Association (AsBAA).

Last year, with the support of the Hong Kong Tourism Board, she championed Hong Kong as Asia’s premier luxury hub for UHNWIs — helping the city re-establish its global stature post-pandemic.

As an Asian female leader in a traditionally male-dominated industry, Amy continues to break barriers across cultures and regions — leaving her footprint from Asia to the Middle East and Africa — leading with authenticity and purpose, and to champion greater female representation in leadership.

Her role on the Advisory Board of Lingnan University, and collaboration with AsBAA’s academic partners, bridge academia and industry — inspiring the next generation of aviation professionals and future leaders.
