We are delighted to share details about the category confirmation and voting period for the Icons of Aviation Awards 2026. This is your opportunity to shine a light on the remarkable contributions and milestones of your peers and colleagues across the business aviation community.
To ensure your company’s active participation in the upcoming voting process, please take note of the following essential steps and deadlines:
Membership Renewal:
Member companies with expired or lapsed memberships must renew and settle all outstanding fees promptly. Only members in good standing will be eligible to confirm categories and cast votes.
Primary Representative Confirmation:
We kindly ask all members to review and confirm the designation of your AsBAA Primary Representative. This individual will be the sole authorized contact responsible for confirming categories and casting votes on your company’s behalf. Please ensure this designation is up to date to avoid any disruption in your participation.
Categories Confirmation Period:
Opens on 27 August 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM (HKT, UTC/GMT +8) on 4 September 2026.
We encourage you to carefully review the award categories and indicate the areas where your organization would like to be considered. The link to the online form has already been sent directly to the Primary Representatives.
Category limits by membership type: - Platinum Members: Unlimited categories
- Corporate Members: Up to 3 categories
- Small Business / Airport Owner and Airport Operator Members: 1 category
Voting Period:
Starts on 11 September 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM (HKT, UTC/GMT +8) on 23 September 2026. Detailed voting procedures will be shared with you in coming weeks.
