AsBAA Discovery x Lingnan University: Inspiring the Next Generation

The Asian Business Aviation Association (AsBAA), in partnership with the Master of Arts in Digital English Studies (MADES), Lingnan University, successfully hosted the MADES Career Forum on 25 March 2026 at M+, West Kowloon.

The half-day event brought together students, academics, and industry leaders & professionals from the business aviation community for a meaningful programme of dialogue and discovery. Through keynote insights, a thought-provoking panel discussion, and interactive workshops with AsBAA member companies – TAG Aviation and Vista, participants explored emerging opportunities and the skills shaping the future of work in these dynamic industries.

We were honored to feature an outstanding lineup of speakers, including Amy Yang (Advisory Board member of MADES at Lingnan University, Vice President of Marketing, APAC & IMEA at Vista, Board of Governors at Asian Business Aviation Association (AsBAA)) and Phil Balmer (Chairman at Asian Business Aviation Association (AsBAA), Director of Maintenance at TAG Aviation), who shared their career journeys and experiences with the next generation.

This event marked another milestone for the AsBAA Discovery Programme, reinforcing our commitment to bridging education and industry while inspiring young minds to consider exciting career pathways in aviation and beyond.
