The 2025 Annual General Meeting of Asian Business Aviation Association Limited will be held at Salon VI, level 2, Grand Hyatt Macau (City of Dreams, Estrada do Istmo, Cotai, Macau) on Saturday, 8 November 2025 at 02:00 PM (UTC+8, Hong Kong time) for the purposes set out below.
Agenda
- Report of the Chairperson on the activities since the last AGM and plans for the upcoming year
- Financial report by the Treasurer or in his/her absence by a member of the Board of Directors
- Presentation of new budget for the upcoming year with discussion
- Voting on the acceptance of new budget
- Other matters – matters to be taken up have to be received by the Board of Directors at least eight (8) days prior to the AGM in writing via email or post
