Annual General Meeting 2026 - Voting Instructions, Proxy Form & List of BOD Candidates

Dear AsBAA Members,

Further to our previous communication on 20 August 2026 on the upcoming AsBAA Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) 2026 to be held at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong (Chief Executive Suites), 1 Harbour Road, Hong Kong on Friday, 16 October 2026, at 11:00AM (UTC+8, Hong Kong time), please note that further instructions, proxy form and details of the prospective candidates for the new Board of Directors are sent via email for your perusal.

AsBAA members who are physically present at the AGM will have the opportunity to cast their votes for resolutions and on any other matters arising at the AGM, including the election of the Board of Directors 2026-2028. Members who are not present at the AGM, or are attending virtually, and who wish to exercise their voting rights at the AGM may cast their votes via proxy. Please refer to the instructions for more details.

As a reminder, an authorized primary representative entitled to vote at the meeting is also entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on his/her behalf. The appointed proxy need not be internal to your organization.

Proxy Form Submission: All forms and changing of proxy form are to be submitted via email to info@asbaa.org by latest Tuesday, 13 October 2026, 5:00PM (UTC+8, Hong Kong time).
