Job Description

• Answering customer inquiries, working on quotations, and following up with customers about their order status.
• Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.
• Working with sales team and vendors to resolve invoice disputes.
• Recording sales trends and liaising with sales managers to develop sales strategies.
• Providing other administration support to sales team.

Job Requirement

• Degree in business or relevant field, prefer from aviation study or interest in aviation industry.
• Understanding of efficient customer support and sales strategies
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and multitasking skills
