Regional Sales Manager, Asia (Business Aviation)

Building the commercial engine that expands our footprint across Asia’s business aviation ecosystem with a runway into commercial aviation once scale is achieved.

Role Purpose
This role exists to establish, grow, and own new business acquisition across the Asia business aviation sector, creating a repeatable, regionally-aligned commercial motion that converts market opportunity into revenue, partnerships, and long-term operator adoption.

Once a stable platform is built, the role expands to commercial aviation, leveraging the same GTM architecture to penetrate airlines, MROs, OEMs, and regulatory bodies.

Core Mandate

  • Acquire new business across Asia’s business aviation operators, charter companies, FBOs, management firms, and OEM ecosystems.

  • Build a scalable regional commercial platform that can later extend into commercial aviation.

  • Establish strategic partnerships with operators, regulators, OEMs, and technology integrators.

  • Create predictable pipeline and revenue growth through disciplined GTM execution.

  • Position the organisation as a modern, technology-forward partner for operators seeking operational clarity, compliance strength, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
1. New Business Acquisition & Market Penetration

  • Identify, target, and close new business across Asia’s business aviation markets (SE Asia, Greater China, India, Japan, Korea).

  • Build and manage a high-value pipeline across operators, charter providers, and management companies.

  • Develop region-specific value propositions aligned to operator pain points: readiness, compliance, crew management, safety, and operational efficiency.

  • Deliver consistent quarterly acquisition targets with disciplined forecasting and governance.

2. Regional Commercial Strategy & GTM Architecture

  • Design and execute a multi-market GTM strategy tailored to Asia’s fragmented regulatory and operator landscape.

  • Define ICP, segmentation, pricing, and commercial motions for business aviation.

  • Build repeatable sales processes, playbooks, and partner frameworks that support scale.

  • Establish the commercial foundations required to expand into commercial aviation (airlines, MROs, OEMs).

3. Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Development

  • Build relationships with OEMs, regulators, CAAs, FBO networks, and regional aviation associations.

  • Develop partnerships that accelerate adoption — training organisations, technology integrators, and operator groups.

  • Represent the organisation at regional aviation events, forums, and regulatory engagements.

4. Operator Engagement & Solution Positioning

  • Engage directly with operator leadership (CEOs, DOs, CPs, Safety Heads).

  • Translate operational complexity into clear commercial value: safety uplift, compliance strength, operational efficiency, and crew readiness.

  • Work with product and operations teams to ensure regional needs shape platform evolution.

5. Expansion into Commercial Aviation

Once business aviation scale is achieved:

  • Extend GTM architecture into commercial aviation markets across Asia.

  • Build acquisition motions for airlines, MROs, OEMs, and training organisations.

  • Lead early commercial aviation deals, partnerships, and regulatory engagements.

  • Establish the organisation as a credible technology partner for regional carriers.

Success Looks Like

  • A predictable, growing pipeline across Asia’s business aviation sector.

  • New operator acquisitions across key markets: Singapore, Hong Kong, China, India, Japan, Korea, Indonesia, Philippines.

  • A repeatable commercial engine that scales across the region.

  • Strategic partnerships that accelerate adoption and credibility.

  • A clear runway into commercial aviation, with early wins and validated demand.

  • The organisation recognised as a trusted operational technology partner across Asia.

Role Profile (Ideal Candidate)

  • Deep experience in business aviation or commercial aviation across Asia.

  • Strong network across operators, OEMs, regulators, and aviation associations.

  • Proven track record in new business acquisition, enterprise sales, or regional commercial leadership.

  • Ability to operate across cultures, markets, and regulatory environments.

  • Commercially disciplined, technology-fluent, and comfortable building from zero to scale.
